Which ordering option should I choose?
Choose Today’s Selection to buy from the bread currently available. Choose Bread Pre-Order or Cookies when ordering for a future pickup date.
How do I order from Today’s Selection?
- Open Today’s Selection.
- Choose an available item and add it to your cart.
- Open the cart and check out. No pickup calendar is needed for Today’s Selection.
Today’s Selection ordering is open daily from midnight until 3:00 PM Central Time, while inventory lasts.
How do I place a pre-order?
- Choose Bread Pre-Order or Cookies.
- Select the item and add it to your cart.
- Open the cart. The pickup calendar opens automatically.
- Select one of the available pickup dates.
- Confirm that you selected a date, then continue to checkout.
All pre-orders are final at checkout.
Why don’t I see every date on the calendar?
The calendar shows only the pickup dates currently available for your order. Preparation time and pickup availability determine which dates can be selected.
Can I combine Today’s Selection and pre-order items?
No. Today’s Selection items and pre-order items require separate orders. If both are in your cart, remove one order type and check out, then place a second order for the other type.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is at 214 W. Main Street, Heber Springs, Arkansas 72543. For a pre-order, use the date selected in your cart.
What should I do if checkout will not continue?
For a pre-order, make sure you selected a pickup date and checked the confirmation box. If your cart contains both Today’s Selection and pre-order products, place them as two separate orders.
